Family Villas

We offer three detached villas for your summer holiday in “Kamchia” Holiday Village.

"Kamchia" Holiday Village is located 20 km south of Varna and 2 km north from the creek of the river Kamchia, in the immediate close of the national nature reserve "Longoza". "Kamchia" Holiday Village is 35 km away from the Golden Sands resort and 80 km from the Sunny Beach resort. The Varna-Burgas highway passes through "Kamchia" Holiday Village.

"Kamchia" Holiday Village was established in the 1970s and since then it has been one of the most popular places for family tourism in Bulgaria. "Kamchia" Holiday Village is in the immediate vicinity to the beach and you can enjoy both, the sea and forests.

The villas are situated 50 m from the beach among beech and pine trees and it is only the road that separates them from the beach.

The buildings and the facilities, along with all the technical equipment were totally renovated in 2004.

Taina "1"

Villa Taina "1" is for up to 6 persons and has the following facilities and amenities:

First Floor – a room with kitchenette and a bathroom with a toilet.
There are wardrobe, two single beds /2 x 1 m/, with bedside tables, and in the kitchenette, there is a sink, refrigerator and a washing machine.
Householders are in this room.

Second floor – a suite (two rooms), detached kitchen and bathroom with a toilet.
Room 1 - 10m2, there are 2 beds /2 x 1 m/, and bedside tables.
Room 2 - 20m2, there is a double bed /2 x 2 m/, couch, an arm-chair, small table, dinner table, TV set, wardrobe, clothes hanger, and mirror.

The separate kitchen unit is equipped with boiler, fridge, cooker with oven, and an aspirator.
There is a shared bathroom with a toilet on the floor.
The terrace offers a beautiful view over the sea.

There is a summer-house in front of the villa that is also with a view over the sea.

Taina "2"

Villa Taina "2" is for 8 persons and and has the following facilities and amenities:

First floor - 2 rooms with a separate entrances and bathrooms/ toilets.
There are two single beds in each room /2 x 1 m/, bedside tables, wardrobe, table, and chairs.

Second floor - two rooms suite of two rooms /16m2 each/, living-room – dining-room /32m2/, and bathroom/toilet.
Bedroom 1 – a room with two beds /2 x 1 m/, and bedside tables.
Bedroom 2 – a room with a king size bed /2 x 2 m/, bedside tables, wardrobe, clothes hanger, and mirror.
Dining-room – dinner table and chairs.
Kitchen – equipped with cooker/oven, aspirator, fridge, etc.
Living-room – couches, low table, TV set.
The bathroom is shared.

Taina "3"

Villa Taina "3" is one floor building with a terrace, suitable for four persons and has 2 rooms /16m2 each/, 1 bathroom/toilet. There are two single beds /2 x 1 m/ in each one of the rooms, bedside tables, mirror, and clothes hanger. There is a wardrobe, boiler, fridge, TV set, table, and chairs in the villa.

Additional information:

Holiday taxes, beach chairs /2 per room or suite/, and a parasol are included in the prices.
Bed linen is changed every four days.
There are excellent facilities for cooking and we can also provide food products if requested in advance.

BBQ is shared among the three villas /charcoals have to be paid additionally.
We rent a Surf and additional fee is aplicable.

There are several restaurants, a night club, and a canteen near the villas.
